Flatpay Capital: Documents

Modified on Fri, 8 May at 10:44 AM

⚠️ Flatpay Capital is currently only available in Finland and Denmark.

When are documents required?

Most applications are straightforward, but depending on your business, deal size, or country, Liberis may ask you to provide one or more supporting documents to complete their review.

Denmark: All applicants are required to upload bank statements for the past 3 months.

How to upload documents

All documents should be uploaded using the document upload feature inside the Flatpay portal. This sends your files securely and directly to Liberis via a password-protected process — please don't email documents directly to Liberis.

A note on accuracy

Please make sure the business details in your Flatpay account are up to date before applying — including addresses and ownership information. Outdated records can slow down the review process or require additional verification.
