Flatpay Capital: Am i eligible for funding?

How eligibility is determined

Eligibility for Flatpay Capital is assessed automatically based on your card transaction history with Flatpay.

You don't need to apply to find out if you're eligible — if you qualify, you'll see a personalised offer appear in your Flatpay dashboard. No action is needed on your part until you're ready to explore it.


Key eligibility criteria

While the full assessment is handled by Liberis, the main factors that determine eligibility are:

  • Time with Flatpay: You need to have been processing payments with us for at least 4 months.
  • Transaction volume: Your business is expected to maintain a consistent level of monthly transactions over the relevant period.
  • No recent decline: If a previous application was declined, there is a 3-month waiting period before re-assessment.


How your offer amount is calculated

The amount you're offered is based on your transaction history and an initial risk assessment. The figure shown is what you are eligible for — once you complete an application and provide your business details, Liberis may be able to offer you a higher amount, depending on their full credit review.


Why eligibility can change

Eligibility is reviewed monthly. Merchants can be added as they meet the criteria, and in some cases merchants can lose eligibility if their transaction volumes or business performance no longer meet the required thresholds.

If you were eligible previously but don't see an offer in your dashboard, this may be why — contact our support team if you'd like more information.


Application requirements

Denmark: Funding can only be sent to a Danish IBAN — accounts with providers like Revolut or Wise (which use Lithuanian or Belgian IBANs) are not currently supported. If you can switch to a Danish bank account, we may be able to enable Capital for you.

Finland: Capital is visible to all merchants, with no current bank account restrictions. All EUR SEPA accounts are accepted.
