You can easily grant your accountant or bookkeeper access to your Flatpay Portal, allowing them to manage your financial reporting while you maintain full visibility.
What access will my accountant have?
Your accountant or bookkeeper will have the same access level as the business owner. This means they can view and perform all actions available in the Flatpay Portal, including viewing transactions, downloading reports, and managing business settings.
How to give your accountant access to the Portal
Log in to your Flatpay Portal.
Go to My Business in the menu.
Select Accounts from the sub-menu.
Click Invite User.
Enter your accountant’s name and email address.
Send the invitation.
Your accountant will receive an email with instructions to set up their login and access your Flatpay Portal.
Managing invitations and user access
Removing invitations: Currently, you cannot revoke invitations or remove user accounts yourself in the Portal. Please contact Flatpay Support if you need to revoke an invitation or remove an account.
Resetting a forgotten password:
Your accountant can reset their password directly from the login page using the Forgot password link.
Alternatively, a manager or business owner can reset the password for another user within the Portal under My Business > Accounts.
