There may be days when you don't receive payouts into your account due to bank holidays. In addition to weekends and public holidays, there are certain days when the National Bank and banks, in general, are closed.

• January 1: New Year's Day
• March 28: Easter 
• March 29: Good Friday 
• April 1: Easter Monday 
• May 9: Ascension Day 
• May 10: Bank Holiday 
• May 20: Pentecost 
• June 5: Bank Holiday 
• December 24: Christmas Eve 
• December 25: Christmas Day 
• December 26: 2nd day of Christmas  
• December 31: Bank Holiday

In addition, there will be days when our foreign partners, who handle payment processing, will also be closed.

Please note that we will inform you in advance via email when such holidays are approaching.
