As an accountant, you can access data in the customer portal

As an accountant, you have the option for direct access to the customer portal.


If you manage multiple clients, you can access them all from the same profile. Simply register once, and then you can easily switch between clients using the menu in the top-right corner once logged into the portal.


What data can I find on the customer portal?

The customer portal provides access to valuable data that can significantly streamline your workflow.


Transactions

  • Navigate to the "Transactions" tab in the sidebar of the customer portal. This page shows all transactions processed through all terminals, including details like date, type, card type, amount, status, and terminal name. You can filter transactions by date or other criteria and download data in CSV or PDF format for further analysis.


Payouts page

  • Navigate to the "Payouts page" in the sidebar. The Payouts page provides a clear overview with detailed payout dates, periods, fees, surcharges, net charges, and net payouts. Reports can be downloaded in PDF or Excel format.


Z-Report

  • Navigate to the "POS" tab in the sidebar and click the arrow. Here, you’ll find the "SAF-T" menu option, where you can generate and download SAF-T reports, which are essential for tax and audit compliance.


SAF-T Report

  • Navigate to the “POS” tab in the sidebar and click on the arrow. Here, you will find the menu item labeled “Saf-T.” From this section, you can generate and download SAF-T reports, which are necessary for tax and audit compliance.
