How to restart a Premium POS


Restarting your premium POS is a quick and straightforward process that can help resolve minor technical issues, improve performance, and ensure smooth operation. 


Follow these simple steps to restart your POS:


1. Locate the Power Button 

  • Look at the bottom-right corner of the main display on your premium POS. 
  • Identify the right-most button, which is the power button.

2. Press and Hold the Power Button

  • Press and hold the right-most button for approximately 3 seconds. 
  • The display will prompt you to either power off or restart the terminal.

3. Select restart

  • Choose the restart option on the display.
  • The terminal will begin the restart process.

4. Wait for the restart to Complete

  • A restart takes approximately 2 minutes. Wait for the system to fully restart. 

5. Confirm Functionality

  • Once the Premium POS has restarted, verify that it’s functioning correctly by testing its core features.
