Access the customer portal from your POS
You can access your customer portal directly from within the POS app. With just a few clicks, you can view your sales numbers, manage stock and products, edit staff details, and review orders—all without needing a separate device.
How it works
1. Open the "burger menu"
- In the top right corner of your POS system, click the burger menu to open the side menu with various options
2. Select "Open Portal"
3. Log in to the customer portal
- Once you click the button, you’ll be prompted to enter your login information. If this is your first time logging in to the customer portal, you should have received your login information over email.
4. Access the customer portal
- After logging in, the customer portal will open directly within the POS app, allowing you to make changes to your POS and experience the changes in real time.
Troubleshooting
1. If the portal doesn’t open as expected
- Try closing the POS app and reopening it. This usually resolves any temporary issues
