Why does my terminal sometimes print two receipts?

By default, "Print business receipt" and "Contactless payments" are activated. If you do not want a receipt for contactless payments, you can disable it in the app settings for your terminal. If you want to request the cardholder's receipt, you can enable "Cardholder's receipt" in your terminal's app settings. You can find your terminal's app settings under the three lines in the top right corner of your terminal. 


How do I get my terminal to print two receipts?

You can print two receipts by enabling "Contactless payments" and "Print business receipt." 

  1. Log in to your terminal. 
  2. Click on the three lines in the top right corner. 
  3. Select App settings.


Why is the receipt not printing anything?

This may be due to the paper roll being inserted incorrectly. Remove the paper roll from the terminal and flip it over. 


How do I change receipt rolls?

To replace the receipt roll, open the lid on the receipt roll holder and remove the old paper feeder. Then, insert a new one. Check if your terminal can feed paper by holding down the CLEAR button for a few seconds.
