How do I login?
Launch the application on the terminal and press the “Login” button. The application will ask for a pin code. Please enter the pin code and you will now be ready to use the application.
How to I create a pin code?
The pin code can be created on the Portal or app under the category “Staff”.
Forgotten your pin code?
It easy to reset the pin code for your payment application. Please go to your Portal via www.flatpay.com. Go to “Staff” and change the pin code for the relevant user.
How do I log out?
If you wish to log out of the Flatpay Payment app, go to “Settings” and press “Logout” and “Confirm”.
