How do I change the terminal language?
To change the language on the terminal, go to “App settings” -> “App language” and choose between English, Danish, German, Italian, French, Finnish, and Dutch.
How do I allow tips?
If you want your payment terminal to allow tips, please go to “App settings” and enable “Allow Tips”.
How do I allow refunds?
If you want your payment terminal allow refunds, please go to “App settings” and enable “Allow refunds”.
How do I connect the terminal to Wi-Fi or a Hotspot?
Go to settings > Device settings > Wi-Fi -> Enable Wi-Fi. When the Wi-Fi is enabled, choose the network you wish to connect the terminal to and enter the network password.
