Connect tablet to WiFi or mobile hotspot

Follow these simple steps to connect your tablet to WiFi or a mobile hotspot.

Connect to WiFi

1. Open Settings
   Go to the home screen on your tablet and tap on “Settings” (gear icon).
   
   
2. Select Wi-Fi settings
   Tap on “Wi-Fi settings” in the settings menu.
   
   
3. Turn on WiFi
   Slide the button to the “On” position if WiFi is not already turned on.
   
   
4. Select a network
   Your tablet will scan for available WiFi networks. Choose the desired network.
   
   
5. Enter password
   Enter the password if the network is protected, and tap “OK”.
   
   
6. Confirm connection
   Once connected, the network name will be marked, and the WiFi symbol will appear at the top of the screen.

Connect to mobile hotspot

Activate mobile hotspot on your phone

• Android: Go to “Settings” > “Network & internet” > “Hotspot & tethering” > “WiFi hotspot” and turn it on. 
• iPhone: Go to “Settings” > “Mobile Data” > “Personal Hotspot” and turn it on.

1. Find Hotspot name and password
   When you activate the hotspot, the network name and password will be displayed on your phone.
   
   
2. Open settings on tablet
   Go to the home screen on your tablet and tap on “Settings”.
   
   
3. Select Wi-Fi settings
   Tap on “Wi-Fi settings” in the settings menu.
   
   
4. Turn on WiFi
   Slide the button to the “On” position if WiFi is not already turned on.
   
   
5. Select your mobile hotspot
   Find and select your mobile hotspot from the list of available networks.
   
   
6. Enter password
   Enter the password for your mobile hotspot and tap “OK”.
   
   
7. Confirm connection
   Once connected, the hotspot name will be marked, and the WiFi symbol will appear at the top of the screen.
