The Importance of making a daily cashier report and how to do it

Why it is important to make cashier reports
When you are a business owner and run a business that handles transactions, it is essential to register your sales digitally. This is good business practice. One of the most critical tasks is to close your drawer daily and ensure that your sales and figures match.

Daily cashier reports
When you make a cashier report, all data from your POS system is sent to the Flatpay Portal. Here you can easily and quickly get an overview of your sales and extract the data that you or your accountant need for bookkeeping. This makes it easier to keep track of your finances.

SAF-T files

The Flatpay Portal also allows you to generate SAF-T files (Standard Audit File). A correct and updated cashier report ensures that you can quickly and efficiently provide the necessary information for tax authorities.

Summary

Making daily cashier reports is an important part of running a business. It helps you keep track of your finances, ensures compliance with legal requirements, and makes it easier to handle any audits from tax authorities. With the Flatpay Portal, you have all the necessary tools to make this process as smooth as possible.
