Enhance Your POS With Custom Product Images

Our new product picture feature is available on your POS. It allows you to add your own images for products, making them easier to identify during sales. This not only streamlines the checkout process but also creates a more engaging experience for your customers.

How It Works

Adding a Product Image via the Customer Portal

1. Log In and Select a Product

• Open the portal and log in.
• Click on POS.
• Click on Products.
• Select an existing product or click Add Product to create a new one.

2. Enter Product Details

• Fill in the product information, such as the name, price, and cost price.
• On the right-hand side of the screen, you'll see a box prompting you to Add a Picture.

3. Upload and Adjust Your Image

• Choose a picture in PNG or JPG format that is smaller than 2 MB.
• The image will automatically be formatted into a square, and you can adjust the alignment as needed.
• A preview will be displayed so you can see how the image will appear.

4. Save and Update the POS

• After confirming your product details and image, click Save.
• On your POS device, press the Update button in the Settings menu to fetch the latest data. Your product image will then be visible on the POS.

Adding Multiple Products Quickly

• When creating new products, a toggle will appear at the bottom of the Add Product page.
• Enable this toggle if you need to add several products in a row. This keeps you on the same page, making it easier to continue adding products to the same category.
