Important settings for your POS
This article describes a couple of important settings you can access directly from your POS.
Start by pressing the burger menu in the top right hand corner, and press "Settings". Below you'll find a full description of all settings available.
Refresh data from Portal
Once you have made changes within your customer portal such as adding new categories or products, use the 'Refresh' key to update your POS with the new settings.
Language
This setting lets you change the language of your POS itself.
Sound notification
Activate this setting to be notified by sound once a payment is processed.
Automatic print
By enabling this, every time you complete a transaction, the printer will automatically print out the receipt.
Stay on last used category
Enabling this setting will keep your last selected category open after a sale instead of reverting back to the main POS menu after every sale.
Tables
This setting enables the tables feature for your 'POS' - here's a full guide on the tables feature and how you manage table assignments and order tracking.
Tables tab as primary
This makes the tables tab the primary tab for your POS. Enable this if you mainly serve seated customers.
Display product images
Once enabled, you'll be able to see the product images you've added in the portal. See our full guide on adding product images.
Adjust Category + Product layout
These two settings let's you control how your categories and products are displayed in the portal. Choose between different grid-sizes, press refresh at the top, and find the perfect one for you. If you don't have any products or categories set up yet, find a full guide on how to do this: HERE
