To access additional functionalities, click the burger menu in the top-right corner of the main screen to open the main menu. Here, you can perform various tasks, ranging from reviewing sales to completing end-of-day procedures.
End of Day
Used to perform your daily settlement, print your daily report, and settle your cash drawer at the end of the day.

Terminal Connection
Used to view terminals that are connected directly to the POS.
Settings
The Settings section allows you to customise your Flatpay POS system. You can find a full guide to the available settings here.
Reports
In the Reports section, you can access:
- Z Reports from connected terminals
- X Reports from the POS
- Cashier Reports from the POS
Receipt History
In this section, you can access all recent orders.
When viewing an order, you can:
- View all receipt details, including how the receipt appears when printed.
- Reprint the receipt.
- Email the receipt.
- Process a refund linked to the specific receipt.
- Print a simplified receipt.
Open Portal
This option lets you access your customer portal directly from your tablet.
Logout
Signs you out of the POS system and requires you to log in again using your staff credentials created in the portal.
