Enhance your POS with custom product pictures

Our new product picture feature is available on POS. It allows you to add your own images for products, making it easier to identify them during sales. Not only does this streamline your checkout process, but it also gives your customers a more engaging experience.

How it works

Adding a Product Picture via the customer portal

1. Log in and select a product

• Open the customer portal and log in
• Click on POS
  Click on products
• Either select an existing product or click Add product to create a new one

2. Enter product details

• Fill in the product information such as the name, price, and cost price
• On the right-hand side of the screen, you’ll see a box prompting you to add a picture

3. Upload and adjust your image

• Choose a picture in either png or jpg format that is less than 2MB
• The image will automatically be formatted to a square and you can adjust the alignment to suit your preference
• A preview of the image will be displayed so you can see how it will appear
  
  

4. Save and update the POS

• After confirming your product details and image, click Save
• On your POS device, simply press the Update button on the Settings menu to fetch the latest data. Your product picture will now be visible on your POS

Adding Multiple Products Quickly

• When creating new products, a toggle button will appear at the bottom of the Add product overview
• Turn this toggle on if you need to add several products in a row. This keeps you on the same page, making it easy to continue adding products to the same category
