Add and remove staff


If you wish to grant or remove access for existing or new staff to the POS system, first go to the Flatpay portal.

How to add staff 

  1. Once in the portal, select POS in the menu to the left. 
  2. Go to the Staff page and press "Add staff". Add your employee's credentials and set a PIN code.
  3. Press “Update
  4. The login credentials are ready to use immediately after creating it on the portal



How to remove staff

  1. Go to the Staff page and press the Trashcan icon
  2. Ensure that you are about to delete the correct staff member
  3. Press “Delete” 
  4. The login credentials are deleted, and the staff member will no longer have access to the POS system
