How To Add and Remove Staff

If you wish to grant or remove access for existing or new staff to the POS system, first go to the portal.


How to Add Staff

  1. Go to the Staff page in the menu on the left and select POS Accounts. Add your employee's credentials and set a PIN.
  2. Click Update.
  3. The login credentials are ready to use immediately after they are created in the portal.

How to Remove Staff

  1. Go to the Staff page and click the Trash icon.
  2. Ensure that you are about to delete the correct staff member.
  3. Click Delete.
  4. The login credentials will be deleted, and the staff member will no longer have access to the POS system.
