How to log in to your POS

To access the POS, you need to log in with your personalized credentials, which can be configured in the Flatpay portal.

Once inside the Flatpay portal, you'll need to add yourself and your staff to the list of employees able to access the POS. Check out our guide on how to add and remove staff.

Now you can log in to your POS:

Enter User ID
The User ID is setup when creating staff on the portal. The User-ID contains 4-digits that are unique to each staff.
Enter PIN-code
It’s crucial to keep your credentials secure, and never share your PIN-code with anyone. If you forget the PIN-code, please visit the Flatpay portal and change the PIN-code under the tab “Staff”.
