How to navigate your mPOS

For ease of access, we have created the user interface to resemble the Flatpay POS system. It’s important to note that the menu is a bit different and here we will go through the options. First, access the mPOS menu by clicking the burger icon in the top right corner of the main mPOS screen.



End day

Used to do the daily settlement. Print your daily report at the end of the day. Here's a full guide on how to start and end your day on mPOS.


Reports

In the report section, you can find all your:

  • Z Reports from connected terminals
  • X Reports from the mPOS
  • Cashier reports from the mPOS


Receipt list

In this section, you are able to access all recent orders.


When accessing one order, you are able to:

  • See all details from the receipt
  • Reprint the receipt
  • Email the receipt


App Settings

The app settings tab is an important tab that lets you customize your Flatpay mPOS to suit your business. 

Keep in mind: The options are more limited than on your POS. Here's a full article on POS settings.


Device Settings

The device settings tab includes vital settings to your mPOS’ connectivity, such as WiFi and Cellular data. 


Logout

Signs you out of the mPOS system, requiring you to log in again with your staff information created in the portal.
