Important Settings For Your POS System

This article describes several important settings that can be accessed directly from your POS.

Start by opening the burger menu in the top-right corner and selecting Settings. Below is an overview of the available settings.


POS Settings


Refresh Data from Portal

After making changes in your customer portal, such as adding products or categories, use the Refresh button to update your POS with the latest settings.


Language

Change the display language of your POS system.


Sound Notification

Enable this setting to receive a sound notification whenever a payment is successfully processed.


Automatic Print

When enabled, a receipt will automatically be printed after each completed transaction.


Stay on the Last Used Category

Keeps the most recently selected category open after a sale instead of returning to the main POS screen.


Tables

Enables the Tables feature on your POS. Read the full guide to learn how to manage table assignments and order tracking.


Tables Tab as Primary

Makes the Tables tab the default view on your POS. Recommended for businesses that primarily serve seated customers.


Display Product Images

Shows product images that have been added through the customer portal. See our full guide on adding product images.


Adjust Category & Product Layout

These settings allow you to control how categories and products are displayed on your POS. Choose between different grid sizes, refresh the view, and find the layout that works best for your business.
