Add your online ordering link to Google or your website

Modified on Wed, 14 Oct at 3:30 PM

Your online ordering link lets customers order straight from you. You can connect it to your Google business profile or your own website.

Step 1: Find your ordering link

You can find your online ordering link in the customer portal under Online store. If it's missing, contact us.

Once you have it: Copy the link. You'll need it in the next step.

Step 2: Choose where to add it

How to add it to your Google Business Profile

  1. Go to business.google.com and sign in.
  2. Select Food ordering.
  3. Make sure Accept orders on your profile is turned on. If it's off, your ordering links are hidden.
  4. At the bottom of the list, select Add a link.
  5. Paste your ordering link.
  6. Optional: select Set as preferred, then choose Preferred for pickup, Preferred for delivery, or both.
  7. Select Save.

Good to know: Depending on where you are, your link shows under an Order online button or as a separate Place an order link. Google decides this.

  5. Save and publish.

Shopify

  2. Click the section with your button, or open the Header menu.
