Guide to payment links

TABLE OF CONTENTS

Sometimes you need to collect payment for services or products that aren’t listed as fixed items in your regular assortment. This can cause delays, extra administration, and frustration — both for you and your customers.

Solution: Use Payment Links

With our payment links, you can easily, quickly, and securely request payment — without having to create a specific product category.

  • Collect payment for custom solutions and tailored services
  • Avoid delays and extra administration
  • Provide a fast and flexible payment experience for your customers

  1. Log into your customer portal
  2. Select "Payment Links" from the menu on the left
Here you can view a full overview of your active, paid, and unpaid payment links
  3. Add a new payment link in the top right corner
Enter the amount and a short description of what the customer should pay for
  4. Send the link to the customer
Copy the link or send it via email
  5. The customer can then pay quickly and securely.
You can view the payment status on the homepage.

Payment links can be paid using a variety of methods beyond card payments.

Set up payment methods

  1. Select "Settings" from the menu on the left
  2. Go to "Payment Methods"
Here you can choose which payment methods you want to offer for online payments.
  3. Create a payment link
The selected payment methods will now be available under the link.

Important

If you use MobilePay as an online payment method, you will be invoiced an additional DKK 49 excl. VAT per month and DKK 0.99 per transaction made with MobilePay. This is not a fee charged by Flatpay but is instead an agreement between MobilePay and Frisbii (Former Billwerk) (our payment platform).
