How to use "refunds"
- Start by adding the products that you wish to refund to the customer in the cart.
- Click on the quick action menu button “...”
- Click on refund Choose the method for the refund. (Card, cash or other)
Refunds are not enabled by default. Therefore if you need to do a refund please contact our support team at (+45) 88 77 39 39 or [email protected] and we will assist you.
Check the box next to the employee who should be able to perform the refund
If you have already contacted us but you haven't assigned a person to have the authority to do secure refunds it will not work. Please go to the portal and click the checkmark under the staff that should be able to perform the refund.
