In this guide, we'll walk you through the process of logging in to the Flatpay POS system. 

To access the POS, you need to log in with your personalized credentials, which can be configured in the Flatpay Portal. Here's what you'll need to log in: 

Customer ID

Locate this in the portal by navigating to "POS," then "business details," where you'll find the "Client ID." 

User ID

Set this up in the Flatpay Portal under "POS" and then "Staff." 

PIN

Create your PIN within the "Staff" section of the "POS" area in the portal. It's crucial to keep your credentials secure, and never share your PIN with anyone.
