What are my login details?
To access the POS, you need to log in with your personalized credentials, which can be configured in the Flatpay portal.
Here’s what you’ll need to login:
User ID
The User ID is setup when creating staff on the portal. The User-ID contains 4-digets that are unique to each staff person.
PIN-code
The PIN-code is setup when creating staff on the portal. It’s crucial to keep your credentials secure, and never share your PIN-code with anyone. If you forget the PIN-code, please visit the Flatpay portal and change the PIN-code under the tab “Staff”.
