This article is a guide to understanding Z-reports and their role in providing a sales overview.
What is a Z-report?
A Z-report is a detailed summary of all transactions that took place on a payment system during a specific business day. It’s typically used for end-of-day reporting and accounting.
Where can i find my Z-report?
You can access your Z-reports from two places:
- Directly from your terminal
You can see current- and past Z-reports on your terminal by going to the 'History' tab and then to 'Saved Z-reports'. You can also print them out by selecting the report you want to print out and pressing 'confirm'. - From your customer portal
Once logged in, press the 'Z-reports' point on the menu to the left. Here you can access, download and export Z-reports from all your terminals.
