Who sold what?


Follow these steps to extract an order list and filter it by staff member

1. Log in to the customer portal

  • Log in using your credentials

2. Navigate to the orders page

  • Once logged in, go to pos in the main menu
  • Select orders from the dropdown menu

3. Select the desired period

  • Use the date picker to select the time period for which you want the order data

4. Download the order list

  • Click the download button
  • Choose the file format as Excel

5. Open the Excel file

  • Open the downloaded Excel file on your computer

6. Filter the orders by staff member

  • Create filters in Excel
  • Highlight the top row (headers) of the spreadsheet
  • Go to the data tab in Excel and select filter
  • Use the filter on the staff member column to select a specific staff member

7. Analyze sales data

The filtered data will show all the orders sold by the selected staff member

You can now calculate how much that staff member has sold within the selected period
