What is a sales role?

A sales role is a limited role only capable of doing sales with Flatpays payment app. A staff member with a sale role applied won't be able to do refunds, change settings or exit the application. 

What is a manager role?

If a staff member is assigned a manager role they will have full access to change app-settings, do refunds with their PIN-code and make sales. 

How to create and delete your employees

If you need to remove a staff member's access to the Flatpay payments app, go to the staff page on the customer portal and click on the user and press “delete”. Confirm that you want to delete the staff. When you delete staff, you cannot undo the action. If you delete a staff member by accident, please create a new staff member login.
