Access the customer portal directly from your POS

You can access your customer portal directly from within the POS app. With just a few clicks, you can view your sales numbers, manage stock and products, edit staff details, and review orders—all without needing a separate device.


How it works

1. Open the "burger menu"

  • In the top right corner of your POS system, click the burger menu to open the side menu with various options


2. Select "Open customer portal"

  • From the side menu, click the "Open customer portal" button


3. Log in to the customer portal

  • Once you click the button, you’ll be prompted to enter your login information. This ensures that your portal data remains secure


4. Access the customer portal

  • After logging in, the customer portal will open directly within the POS app, allowing you to seamlessly manage your business information


Troubleshooting


1. If the portal doesn’t open as expected

  •  Try closing the POS app and reopening it. This usually resolves any temporary issues
