What is the bell icon? 

News and information will be shared directly to the bell icon in the application. Remember to keep up to date with relevant information that we share. 


How do I change the details on the receipt? 

If you wish to change information that is printed on the receipt, please contact our customer service by phone (+45) 71 92 48 48 or email kontakt@flatpay.dk.

My app has an unexpected error, what do I do? 

Your associated Flatpay consultant will help you get started with the terminal. If you need further assistance, please contact our customer service by phone (+45) 71 92 48 48 or e-mail: kontakt@flatpay.dk. 


How do I see transactions from yesterday or any earlier day? 

You can log in from any browser to your Flatpay account and check all your transaction from any date. On the terminal, you can only see the shift report from the current day, or the Z-report. 


How do I create a Z-report? 

Go to “Admin” in the navigation bar at the bottom and press “Close day.” Confirm that you are ready to close the day and a Z-report will be printed. 



How do I create a X-report/Shift report? 

Go to “Admin” in the navigation bar at the bottom and press “Shift report”. Confirm that you want to create a X-report.
