Changing Your Bank Account

To change the settlement bank account connected to your Flatpay account, please send us an email with a valid IBAN proof document

The document can be requested from your bank and must include the following in a single file:

  • Issue date (dated within the last 6 months)
  • IBAN and BIC or SWIFT code
  • Full name of the bank account holder
  • Bank logo


Important: For faster handling, please send the request from the email address linked to your Flatpay merchant account.

It usually takes 3-5 business days to change the bank account if the document is valid.
