To change the settlement bank account connected to your Flatpay account, please send an email to info@flatpay.com with a valid IBAN proof document.
The document can be requested from your bank and must include the following in a single file:
- Issue date (dated within the last 6 months)
- IBAN and BIC or SWIFT code
- Full name of the bank account holder
- Bank logo
Important: For faster handling, please send the request from the email address linked to your Flatpay merchant account.
