Connect your terminal to WiFi or mobile hotspot (Payments)

To ensure your payment terminal functions optimally, it needs to be connected to the internet. Follow these simple steps to connect your payment terminal to WiFi or a mobile hotspot.

Connect to WiFi

  1. Go to Settings
    From the main menu on your payment terminal, navigate to “Settings.”

  2. Select Device Settings
    Tap on the three lines in the top right corner to open the relevant settings.

  3. Select WiFi
    Tap on “WiFi Settings” in the menu.

  4. Turn on WiFi
    Slide the button to the “On” position if WiFi is not already turned on.

  5. Find and select a network
    Your payment terminal will scan for available WiFi networks. Select the desired network.

  6. Enter password
    Enter the password if the network is protected, and tap “OK.”

  7. Confirm connection
    Once connected, the network name will be marked, and the WiFi symbol will appear on the screen.


Connect to mobile hotspot

Activate mobile hotspot on your phone:

  • For Android
    Go to “Settings” > “Network & internet” > “Hotspot & tethering” > “WiFi hotspot” and turn it on.
  • For iPhone
    Go to “Settings” > “Mobile Data” > “Personal Hotspot” and turn it on.


  1. Find Hotspot name and password
    When you activate the hotspot, the network name and password will be displayed on your phone.

  2. Open settings on payment terminal - the three lines in the top right corner
    Go to the main menu on your payment terminal and tap on “Settings.”

  3. Select WiFi
    Tap on “WiFi” in the settings menu.

  4. Turn on WiFi
    Slide the button to the “On” position if WiFi is not already turned on.

  5. Select your mobile hotspot
    Select your mobile hotspot from the list of available networks.

  6. Enter password
    Enter the password for your mobile hotspot and tap “OK.”

  7. Confirm connection
    Once connected, the hotspot name will be marked, and the WiFi symbol will appear on the screen.
