To ensure your payment terminal functions optimally, it needs to be connected to the internet. Follow these simple steps to connect your payment terminal to WiFi or a mobile hotspot.

Connect to WiFi
- Go to Settings
From the main menu on your payment terminal, navigate to “Settings.” - Select Device Settings
Tap on the three lines in the top right corner to open the relevant settings. - Select WiFi
Tap on “WiFi Settings” in the menu. - Turn on WiFi
Slide the button to the “On” position if WiFi is not already turned on. - Find and select a network
Your payment terminal will scan for available WiFi networks. Select the desired network. - Enter password
Enter the password if the network is protected, and tap “OK.” - Confirm connection
Once connected, the network name will be marked, and the WiFi symbol will appear on the screen.
Connect to mobile hotspot
Activate mobile hotspot on your phone:
- For Android
Go to “Settings” > “Network & internet” > “Hotspot & tethering” > “WiFi hotspot” and turn it on. - For iPhone
Go to “Settings” > “Mobile Data” > “Personal Hotspot” and turn it on.
- Find Hotspot name and password
When you activate the hotspot, the network name and password will be displayed on your phone. - Open settings on payment terminal - the three lines in the top right corner
Go to the main menu on your payment terminal and tap on “Settings.” - Select WiFi
Tap on “WiFi” in the settings menu. - Turn on WiFi
Slide the button to the “On” position if WiFi is not already turned on. - Select your mobile hotspot
Select your mobile hotspot from the list of available networks. - Enter password
Enter the password for your mobile hotspot and tap “OK.” - Confirm connection
Once connected, the hotspot name will be marked, and the WiFi symbol will appear on the screen.
